The imperfections are light and cosmetic, with minor dirty marks on the linen (front and/or back cover), internal pages and/or a damaged elastic band. Some imperfect planners include an imperfect keepsake box, while others do not come with a keepsake box.

These imperfections in no way impact the functionality of the planner - and we would love to see them find good homes!

Where do I start …. I love the gold page edge this year, I love the format, with so much space for my journaling each week, I love the yearly planner, I love the empty pages at the back, I love the quality of the paper and especially the linen like cover … I love making it my own and my own needs …… second year of purchasing this same diary and hopefully I will forever more. Great product, even better customer care

I was so excited to order my 2025 planner last summer, storing it away until the turn of the new year. When I unboxed it in January, I noticed my planner was nearly perfect...but something seemed slightly off with the closure of the book. I sent a few photos to the EmmaKate Co. team, and they promptly responded, sending me another straightaway. Again, the first was nearly perfect, but I wondered if I might have an issue later in the year. They allayed any concerns by ensuring I was equipped with one exactly aligned with their specifications.
