The imperfections are light and cosmetic, with minor dirty marks on the linen (front and/or back cover), internal pages and/or a damaged elastic band. Some imperfect planners include an imperfect keepsake box, while others do not come with a keepsake box.
These imperfections in no way impact the functionality of the planner - and we would love to see them find good homes!
PLEASE NOTE: There are no returns or exchanges on imperfect items so please consider before purchasing. Stock is allocated at random, and you cannot request the type of fault.

Great quality. I like the unique layout.
3rd year with one of these delightful diaries. I have the week to a page and the dot page next to it. the dot page is great for reminders or notes. It gives me plenty of room to be creative. Highly recommend these beautiful diaries.
I like it a lot. I buy them every year. Clean design, not too much fluff. Easy to make “yours”.
I love the layout but I ordered the wrong size… I thought I ordered the large pages not the A5 :(

Shipping was phenomenal, diary is lovely, format is perfect, finish is high quality and overall obsessed with my Emma Kate Co diary!!!
I was really excited to buy this diary and finally splurged. I don’t really like how the top of the calendar goes right to the edge of the page- it looks cheap. Hoping it grows on me. Not convinced this is worth the price. I won’t buy it again. Also no return option which is disappointing when you’re buying online.

With regards to the design of planners, we have intentionally designed all internal pages to run to the edge of the page to maximise writing space for each day, but we totally undestand that this might not suit your own preferences and needs. If you decide to persist with the planner, we do hope that the design and layout grows on you in time, and you come to see the thoughtful little details woven in to make your experience feel truly special.
